NAD AL SHEBA VILLA
NAD AL SHEBA VILLA
Nad Al Sheba Fourth, Dubai
Residential
A Contemporary expression of refined luxury. A definitive showcase of the Design Studio’s full capabilities, the Nad Al Sheba Villa presents a complete, end-to-end expression of design where architecture, interiors, materiality, and execution come together as one cohesive vision. Conceived, designed, and built entirely by the studio, the project reflects a seamless integration of creative direction and technical precision.

Located in Nad Al Sheba Fourth, Dubai, the villa is an embodiment of contemporary luxury articulated through a refined balance of spatial clarity, material depth, and experiential design. At its core, the design philosophy is rooted in a dialogue between modern sophistication and parametric elegance. A restrained palette of soft beiges, warm greys, and layered textures establish a calm, neutral foundation, while carefully selected materials travertine, marble, natural wood, and metal accents introduce richness and nuance. The result is a space that feels both architecturally striking and effortlessly composed.

The experience begins at the foyer conceived as a dramatic double-height volume that immediately sets the tone. A sculptural lighting installation cascades through the space, creating a vertical connection across levels while serving as a central visual anchor.

Natural elements are subtly integrated, with greenery and filtered daylight enhancing the sense of openness and calm. A minimalist console and precisely detailed finishes reinforce the villa’s understated elegance, while framed views extend the experience outward softening the boundary between interior and exterior.
Living Spaces: Volume, Light, and Composition
The formal living room is defined by its scale and architectural articulation. Double-height ceilings, expansive glazing, and layered wall treatments create a sense of openness, while suspended lighting installations introduce movement and a sculptural quality.

Furniture is deliberately curated soft neutral upholstery, organic forms, and restrained metallic accents allowing the architecture to remain the focal point while enhancing the overall sense of refinement. The integration of greenery and visual access to outdoor spaces adds depth, creating an environment that feels both dynamic and composed.

In contrast, the family living space is designed for intimacy and everyday living. While maintaining the same material language, it introduces warmer tones and softer proportions. Integrated shelving, subtle lighting, and fluid transitions into the dining and kitchen areas create a space that is both functional and cohesive.
Dining: A Spatial Experience
The dining area is conceived as an extension of the architectural narrative where volume, light, and materiality converge. Double-height proportions, elongated forms, and sculptural chandeliers create a strong visual presence, while reflective surfaces amplify light and spatial depth.Vertical elements metallic panels, textured surfaces, and suspended lighting establish a rhythmic composition, allowing the space to evolve throughout the day as natural light interacts with materials.

The kitchen reflects the studio’s commitment to both function and form. Clean-lined cabinetry, marble surfaces, and integrated lighting define a space that is minimal yet highly refined.

A central island anchors the layout serving as both a workspace and a social hub. Concealed storage, linear lighting, and layered finishes ensure visual clarity, while the continuity of materials reinforces the overall cohesiveness of the home.
Circulation as Experience
Circulation spaces are treated as an integral part of the design narrative. Hallways, staircases, and transitions are carefully composed to extend the experience beyond primary rooms. The staircase becomes a sculptural feature defined by floating forms, soft illumination, and integrated greenery. Double-height voids and visual connections between levels enhance openness, transforming movement through the home into a continuous spatial journey.

Extending beyond living spaces, the villa incorporates dedicated wellness areas including a private gym, spa, and sauna each designed with a focus on balance, calm, and sensory experience. The gym is open and light-filled, with large glazing connecting it to the outdoors. Warm wood finishes and minimal detailing create a space that is both energizing and composed.

The spa adopts a more immersive approach layering natural textures, greenery, and soft lighting to evoke a sense of retreat. Water features and organic materials enhance the experience, while the sauna offers a more intimate environment, defined by warm timber tones and ambient illumination.
A Cohesive Expression
What defines the Nad Al Sheba Villa is its consistency of vision. From expansive, double-height volumes to more intimate, private spaces, every element is aligned within a unified design language. The interplay of light, material, and form results in a home that is both refined and inviting an environment where contemporary design is not only seen, but experienced.
